Yes, the Free plan is free forever, with no credit card and no time limit. It includes 1 user, 5 active projects, 500 MB storage, QR Codes and CNC part management. This is not a trial period — the Free plan is permanent.
Yes, you can unsubscribe anytime from your account settings, with no penalties and no notice period. Your subscription remains active until the end of the paid period, after which your account reverts to the Free plan.
The Starter plan costs 249 RON/month (or less with an annual subscription). The upgrade is instant from the admin panel — no migrations, no reconfiguration. Existing data, parts, and history are fully preserved.
No, the displayed prices are VAT-exclusive. The 21% VAT is applied according to Romanian law and is shown separately on the invoice. The solution is exclusively B2B and requires a valid tax ID at registration.
Your data is retained for 30 days after the subscription expires. During this period you can export everything (parts, work orders, reports) or reactivate your account. After 30 days, data is permanently deleted in accordance with GDPR.
Yes, the annual subscription offers a discount of 10% compared to the monthly price. Payment is made in full at the start of the period, and the discount is applied automatically at checkout.
