01 Alternative Dispute Resolution

If you are a consumer and have a complaint about MKWork Manager services that could not be resolved directly with us, you have the right to use alternative dispute resolution procedures (ADR), free of charge or at low cost, without needing to go to court.

02 What is the ADR procedure?

ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) is an out-of-court procedure through which a consumer can resolve a dispute with a merchant through an accredited neutral entity, without going to court.

03 What is the SOL platform?

SOL (Online Dispute Resolution) is the European Commission's online platform that allows EU consumers to resolve disputes related to online purchases with EU merchants, completely online, in a single language of communication.

04 How to file a complaint?

Before resorting to ADR or SOL, please follow the steps below:

Contact us directly
Send an email to contact@mkwork.ro with a description of the issue. We respond within a maximum of 5 working days and we will try to resolve the situation amicably.

If we cannot reach an agreement
You can file a complaint with ANPC via the portal anpc.ro/ce-este-sal/ or via the European Commission SOL platform.

Prepare your documentation
You will need: your registration account/email, invoice or proforma, description of the issue and proof of previous communications with us.

The ADR procedure typically takes 90 days
The competent ADR entity will notify both parties and will propose a solution or facilitate negotiation. negotiation. Our participation in the ADR procedure is mandatory by law.

Note on applicability

The provisions of ANPC Order 449/2022 apply to merchants managing e-commerce websites and online order-taking. MKWork Manager, as a SaaS service with online-paid subscriptions, falls under these provisions for Clients who are consumers (natural persons). Business clients (legal entities) do not benefit from consumer protection legislation, but may use ordinary legal channels.
